The Easter Bunny

How many of you have children that still believe in the Easter Bunny? Mine are only going to be 8 and 5 so they're still in La-la land for that stuff. What do you do for your child on Easter? And do you spend time with all of your family or just yourself, your spouse and children? For me we have an easter egg hunt, then little gifts, then a family gathering.

My 11 year old know the Easter bunny is not real but my 4 year old sure loves the easter bunny coming to our house. My older one likes to help me hide the eggs for the easter bunny to come. We usually just have an easter egg hunt and that is about it we don't have a family gathering.

my kid isn't old enough to know what's the doings with any of those things just yet. But she really enjoyed christmas and all the presents. What do you do for an 18 month old for easter.. she can't really have a lot of chocolate or she becomes a sped! lol. and we really do have enough stuffed animals! i guess clothes and a small toy ?

I think clothes and a small toy is awesome...for any age. Easter now is just another holiday that kids get WAY too much! and we forget about the real meaning behind it.... And for those of us that aren't religious, it's still a day to gather with family in my opinion...that's what my family does.

Although my Niece and Nephew don't still believe in the Easter Bunny (they are 10 and 12) I do love to color eggs with them and we try to have an egg hunt every year. It's alot of fun. I'm looking forward to do it again this year. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

Like alot of people, I don't have kid's at home anymore, but we went to Church in our "Sunday Best" clothes, came home, did the Easter-egg hunt, & a family dinner. I think that is probably typical, for most people. I liked what Goodie said, about her son leaving a trail, to her lil'-goodies, how cool. :o)

Thanks for the response. It really does seem like the typical thing to do.
