I have a tendency to catch every single cold that makes its way throughout the earth each and every year. So, I am usually sick between 3 and 6 months of the year. Usually Mid to late October or early November I catch my first cold. It tends to turn into Bronchitis, sinusitis and a bacterial infection. It is never fun and I am so miserable. I was sick this year from November 4th until mid to late January. I was healthy for about 3 weeks (give or take some days) before I caught my hubby's and boss' cold. But, per suggestion, I got some immune builders and, I think I am actually kicking it. I have been taking the following: Airborne Zicam Multi-Symptom Cold and Flu To Go (to manage my symptoms) HCP-X By Nature's Sunshine ARA-Larix Rx-Immune And one other thing that I have to keep refrigerated so, I can't remember the name of it right now. It is also by Nature's Sunshine. In the past, no matter what I did, I couldn't fight a cold. I would go to the doctor at the first signs and get something to fight it, but nothing would work. Today, I am hoping that I can sing a new tune. I hope that this isn't just a fluke. I really believe that I licked this cold before it licked me. And, it was getting bad. I should be completely unable to breath or stop coughing by now. But, I'm not. And, I haven't taken any Zicam to control my symptoms today so, it isn't just being masked. I really think that I am almost better. I was losing my voice yesterday but, it is almost entirely healed today! So, I will try to remember to get the name of the other herbal immune booster that I am taking and post it here. For any of you who suffer from colds more than most people each year, try my suggestions! This might be the first time I got rid of a cold before it got out of hand in all of my 34 years!
