i need help /advice or suggestions on how to create a web page !!!i want to add links to it and i know nothing about how to do this ...do i need a domain name ?does it cost?can i get some one to do it for me and not have to pay a fortune...and get what i want on it ...?help

Webpages can cost a bit to do have done through a designer, there are freeby ones you can do like Bravenet and such but if you are going to sell stuff from your page it is good to have a good secure program, I made mine throught "word" beacuse I know nothing about html and such plus it is simple, yes you really need a domain name and a host to put it up on the net, check out Bravenet, they have so much for free and if you want better you can upgrade and pay....good luck....
