what is the right position in reading?

I am fond of reading. But I notice, each position I made do have side effects. When I am reading just sitting up straight gives me a lower back pain. When I am reading while standing makes my feet sore. When I am reading while lying on bed, well, they say my eyesight will deteriorate.
So what is the best position while reading?

Hello Dear!I can say that i am old school!I like to read and I read a lot!
My The Best place is in my Bed with 6 big cushions and 4 little cushions!!
When i read in bed i feel like i am in my little peace of paradise!
If i am in bed mood i just go and read!
