How often do you wash and clean your vehicle ?

I usually clean my car once a week and i wash with shampoo and thoroughly clean it.
How often do you wash and clean your vehicle.

Never. I hate washing & cleaning my car. It is so much harder now. Due too the water restrictions we are not allowed to use a hose at all to wash cars.
On the rare ocassion I pay my step son to vacuum the inside of my car.
I am going to need to go to one of those car washes soon.
