I ask this question as the UK government are planning to take action against people downloading off the internet. They will make your internet provider warn you first time, then suspend you and then ban you. How much should the government check what we are doing on the net? I feel that we are being moniotred far too much, but nobody is willing to stnad up and say "NO"
