Will you stop along a Highway to help others?

Assuming you are driving along a highway and you see someone or a group of people in need of help, will you stop and help them?Or assuming you are driving along a highway and you see a box (unidentified) or dead bodies of animals, will you stop and move them aside so that other drivers will not knock into them?If I am alone driving (by the way, I am not a driver=P), I will stop to help others during the Day. As for night time, it really depends on the situation. If the persons look legitimately in need of help, I'll extend my help. We have heard of cases of people getting robbed along the highways. Such cases usually happened when drivers stop to help. But in the end, they are being robbed or raped instead. Actually, such cases are rare in my country Singapore as my country is very small and well-regulated. Does hearing such news make you more fearful of helping others on a Highway?

They are many ways to help, if i'm in singapore, most likely i will get off to help them too, or if not, i will call the police instead as they will have better control of things, especially on the highway.. If i'm in other countries, wat i can do, is just calling the police, unless i feel very safe in that country, den i will alight to help.. anyway, i'm not a driver too =P LOL

Yup. Singapore is relatively safe. If I am in another country, I will not help unless I am 100% sure that person is really in need of help. It's too dangerous to help. Anyway, better not to be too KPO in other countries. Calling the police should be good enough. =) You do not have a license or you do not drive? I do not have a license ;P

Yup. It's important to consider personal safety while helping others. Thanks for your response.

Yes definitely if the person is badly searching for some assistance i would help him....Well in case of accidents...Here in our country India..the is alaw passed by the Supreme Court saying that When ever you get in a person hospitalized who is met up with an accident its the duty of the hospital faculty to look after the person after he's been admitted...Your job gets over once you admitt him in the hospital....The remaining essential work of police case and other formalities will be completed by the hospital faculty themselves...

I would love to stop and help anyone that I saw but I am fearful of the bad people in the world. On occasion I will stop and help someone or pick someone up...not very often though. Most of the time when I have stopped to see if someone needed help they already help on the way. I think a lot more people would help if they didn't have to worry about being robbed, raped or murdered. Have a good day.

I don't think i would help, i know it sounds like something a bad person would do but sometimes is really dangerous to risk your life like that. If i am in a situation like that i think i would call the police first.
