how i get rid of my dandruff

i had extremely stubborn dandruff and i atlast got it under my control.thought i would share it with others round here. -I took Flucaconazole antifungal tablets 150mg/2 tablets twice a week for 2 weeks. this helped me eradicate total flaking of my scalp. -Then simultaneously i used ketoconazole shampoo for 4 weeks thrice every week. my head was totally clean -every alternate day i wash with soapnut extract - i also take spirulina capsules and vitamin h tablets everyday to make my scalp healthy Since i did this i have been having no itchy scalp.byebye dandruff i would suggest asking your dermatologist before starting the flucaconazole tablets.Hope this helped
