Is AlertPay worth it?

I'm thinking about joining PPC sites such as DailyClick, Bux, Bux3, but I'm seeing they require an AlertPay account. I personally would rather have it sent to my PayPal, but seeing as they don't offer that service, it's kind of making me not register. Is there a way to transfer money from an AlertPay account to a PayPal one?
