I won't have to "disappear" after all! / myLot

Life is good now. We finally got our income tax return check (yesterday), so we headed straight to the check cashing place, and went and paid some bills and did some VERY necessary grocery shopping. Come Tuesday, I will have the most pressing bills caught up, and I will be able to breathe a great big sigh of relief. Thank you everyone for being patient with me and for showing so much kindness and support. Big hugs to you all..........Carryl

Thank you hon. I'm getting better by the day. The pain is finally starting to ease up. Of course, it's helping that my family doctor put me back on the pain pills for my back. So that's making things go a bit smoother too. ;-)

Hi Carryl, I missed responding to your previous discussion regarding this. I can 'personally relate' to these kinds of difficulties, and am so happy that things have worked out for you. You'd be missed for sure! It's that time of year for me too, regarding the anticipation of my income tax refund. I just have to wait for one other form to come in, and then the return can be filed, and the refund should come within a couple of weeks. Take care.

I'm glad to hear that you're doing better.:) Ironically, I was just visiting the website, to see when the forms had been mailed out, and your response popped into my in box. If I don't have the form by the end of this month, I can phone them, and they'll send it to me. I have a feeling I was 'overlooked' again this year, as I didn't get it two years ago. It's so annoying, and I really need to get my tax return filed, and to receive my refund. Thanks for asking. Hugs to you too.

You are the first one I've heard has already received their refund! Congratulations! My son is supposed to get his next week according to H&R Block...lol...my daughter who needs hers desperately hasn't even filed yet! It has to be a great feeling to be able to pay off all htose bills at once.

We went through H&R Block too. They e-filed everything, even the state taxes, and we got our check in less than two weeks! Last year, we had ours done before the end of January, but no such luck this year. Oh well. I'm just glad we got it so soon. Tell your daughter to get her behind in gear! LOL

I vaguely remember refunds... we don't get those, cuz we're privileged to own a business... big thrill!LOL! Glad you can breathe easier... you didn't need that stress! Big hugs!!
