How to do well with selling

Today is my lucky day,just because I got a job.My post is sale assistant.Now I am a undergraduated student and will graduate in this June.In today's China,it is difficult to find satisfaction job for a university student(for there are so many graduat student),so I want to do well in my first job.But for a student,I am lacking of experience.can you tell me some about the way of selling?I will very thinks for your advices.

Know what you are selling. AND WHERE EXACTLY you need to market your products to have a great deal of sales. And trust in your products and make sure you know everything about what your selling so then you can explain to the clients what it is for and how it will benefit them.

Thank you fou you advice.And I have thought ahout this for many days.All the knomledge which for selling I have learned.But I am afriad to do it just as my personality is introversive.someone says that selling well depends on a person's person,s personality,realy?
