Sufficient sleep is necessary to maintain proper weight.Ladies those have no sufficient sleep(6-7hrs daily)are facing the obesity problem. So sleep sufficiently to maintain ur bodyweight as well as good health.

I get 6 hours, but I have to take Melatonin and Imovane which is Lunesta in US. Very frustrating but at least it works.

I sleep way too much. Currently I'm on 12 hours a night and I am still very overweight.
