I love Sydney in Australia. It has the most gorgeous looking harbor with the white sails of the opera house and the interesting looking harbor bridge. I think the botanical gardens have a lovely location and are home to many friendly parrots. I adore the beaches like Palm Beach with the stunning looking lighthouse and going the hill it is on I see splendid views over the national park.
Which do you think is the best city in the world?
What do you like about it?

You are so lucky to live in lovely Sydney. Yes, beauty in the area a person lives usually means little to them. Sydney Harbor is the most gorgeous looking harbor in the world. Which is your favorite beach in the Sydney area? I did walked the Manly Scenic Walkway and it was lovely.

I have never been there but I have to say London. I have read a lot about it and the history there seems to be amazing. I want to go so bad that I can just taste it!!!

I hope that you go to London one day. I feel sure that you will really enjoy it. My favorite sights there are Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, the River Thames, the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. I worked in London once and visited it quite often when I lived one and a half hours from it. Yes, it has such an interesting history.

I have been asked this question before & it is always difficult to answer. I have been to Sydney three times, & I agree that the harbour, Opera house & some of the beaches are stunning.
I also love Sydney zoo, which is right on the shores of the harbor.
I guess one of my favourites cities would be Vancouver. It was very beautiful & I loved that island nearby. Was it called Stanley Island?

I have never been outside my country so I guess I would say Manila, Philippines is one of the best city. It is crowded with people but we have great malls here and pretty sights. We also have one of the largest mall here called Mall of Asia. In different areas of the Philippines we have great and wonderful beaches and places to Visit. We also have Baguio, Boracay, Puerto Galera, Batangas, Pampanga and other wonderful places here. People should come and visit our beautiful country to see what we have here. You should visit here someday too. :)

I don't think there's a BEST city in the world, because we all have our different tastes, but depending on my mood i can think of some of them that i really love:
.Santander, Spain (obvious reasons)
.London
.Paris
.Vancouver
.Las Vegas
I could add many more, but those will do hehe.

I lived in Sydney for nearly 2 years and have to say its one city ive visited I really felt at home, better than living here in london! I lived in Coogee Bay, about 20 mins by bus from circular quay. Every morning was a 2 min stroll to the beach to blow away any cob webs then maybe have lunch in the Coogee Bay Hotel. Most sundays i used to take the coastal path to bondi which was a wonderful trek. My fav pub was Jacksons on george street and some great pubs in the rocks area. Unfortunatly my budget never stretched to doyles fish restaurant - maybe next time!
Palm beach was a fantastic (aka "summer bay" for those who watch home and away!)beach, very relaxing astmosphere. So to anyone who likes the idea of a trip to Sydney or Oz as a whole but worries its too far away - dont, i promise you you wont regret it, if you do I'll eat my dry'z'bone lol :)

When I flew into Sydney I called a backpackers hostel in Coogee and they collected me from the airport. It is a gorgeous looking bay. I often took the bus to Shark Bay and Watson's Bay. Yes, the location of that restaurant is fantastic. I took scenic walking tracks and took many photos. Yes, I strongly suggest that anyone would enjoy a trip to wonderful Australia.

The best city in the world for me is wien in Austria. I love all hte history there, that you have so much to do there and i think it is the best city for people who love history and I am one of them. But this city is special for me in the winter, where there is a huge market with all the great food and christmas decoration and the amtosphere is just beautiful.

I have been to lovely San Diego and liked it as much as wonderful San Francisco. I remember the pretty waterfront and historical streets. Yes, the weather is hot and dry so that is perfect. Whilst there I took a day trip to Mexico. Do you go over there often?
