Geeze I am tired today. Apparently my husband was attempting to recite the Gettysburg Address or somthing last night! Honest to goodness he rambled incessently! Have you awakened next to someone who was talking in their sleep? What did you do?

My husband occasionally talks in his sleep, usually it is gibberish. I hate when I am up and am trying to wake him up and he starts talking about lord knows what to me. Even worse, he seems like he is awake and holds a full conversation but really is still asleep. LOL

LOL Yep, I remember once my husband was just talking up a storm. I just listened. I figured, I may learn something. the problem was that I could not understand what the heck he was saying. LOL

When I was in elementary school we used to have slumber parties. This was during the time of the crazy New Kids on the Block phase. One night I woke up to my friend saying "oh Jordan! You're so hot! Yes I'll run away wit you!" Oh it was soooo funny! I just let her sleep it off.

I have woken next to my husband when he was sleep talking! And laughed! But the funniest thing was when my son-in-law was over and he fell asleep on the couch and turned toward my husband and I sitting on the other couch and we heard him say.."I know you want me." LOL! We FELLL over laughing, then I said "Eeewwww!" (And we went into anoother room then to let him sleep!-didn't want to hear more!)

My ex used to talk in his sleep, moan, and yell angry epithets lol. I learned real quick just to leave him alone and go sleep elsewhere because if I didn't he'd get angry because 'I' woke 'HIM' up! I used to keep ear plugs in the bedroom for those times, and wrap the pillow around my head. (I can totally relate to lost nights sleeps because of incessant sleep-talking.)

My husband talks in his sleep when he is very tired. One time he was talking about super carrots? I sat there and giggled until I was crying. I was trying to figure out what the heck a super carrot was. Sometimes he talks about work, which is never a good thing. That is a plug your ears and hope you can sleep through it...lol

LOL!!! Oh My husband does it ALL the time. Hes a mechanic and works his but off. When he hits the pillow hes down for the count. Most nights he just jibbers but other nights he actually says words. One night he was yelling at the kids in his sleep, another time he was telling someone what he did to fix there car..ect.. Sometimes he even makes movements like hes fixing a car. He will often grab my arm like its a wrench and try to fix whatever hes dreaming about!! LOL!! Most of the time I just let him talk or I will give him a shove to jolt his brain. He will turn over and I can go back to sleep.

Just ask them to be quiet and sometime it will quiet them. You can wake them also. You can try to listen and get all their secrets.
