Hi, Rhi. I have that dream quite often, which in my case is no wonder, as I had some traumatic experiences in the past with my teeth. But another thing I've noticed is that everytime I have that dream, it is followed by an unpleasant incident the next day, such as an annoying disagreement with someone or a minor worry.

No I had not seen anything on TV that night, I rarely watch the stupid box!
I have had a few problems with my teeth in the past but nothing serious nor recently. I do remember my little girl was having a spate of accidents around the time of the dream so maybe that was related.
Thanks you for sharing your thoughts

Dreams of teeth falling out are common. Often these dreams reflect concerns over our physical appearance, as our smile is one of the first things people notice when they meet us. But as these three reports show, dreams about teeth can reflect a variety of concerns.
Has someone criticized your appearance lately?
I really don't know of anything else. I got this out of my dream book :)

Generally speaking appearance is not something I give much time to me. I have the attitude if you don't like what you see to bad for you!
I have heard of teeth being related to insecurities so that all fits together with what you are saying.
It is very interesting to see what other people have to say though isn't it. Gives me a chance to take away the parts I like best!
Thanks for sharing
