How often do you pamper yourself?

Yesterday I treated myself to a massage. It was well worth the money. I realised I should treat myself more often, it is only the second time in my life that I have paid for a nice massage. How about you, do you pamper yourself often? What do you do to treat yourself: massage, nails, day spa, etc.

It's usually once a month for me. But that doesn't happen after a baby. Fortunately for me, I have someone in the building where I can take my sons and the older one keeps an eye on the younger one....so it's back to once a month again! And I definitely need it now.

Hi SV kia baat hea aap ki so u have Spa bar or massagers centres there in India thats nice well the amount of work u do, then u derseve it take care

I can't afford big things like massage, but a few times a week I treat myself to a really good cup of coffee, at a local cafe here in town, or in the city where my husband works, when I choose to go into town with him, for the day.

Nothing like a good coffee to relax and unwind. Good way to have time out for yourself. We have Starbucks here, I love having a caramalised Moccha, it's delicious. Enjoy your day :))

hi dear Massage spa and day spa are very rare here and only few are available either in 5 star hotels ar in very posh area and are really exspensive so i dont go to such area but i like hot bath in winters , long bath for 20-30 mins then sit in Sun and enjoy the Sun, read book, eat oranges Lol Take care and enjoy, sure u should take care of urself and spend money and urself too bye

I got my nails done about four years ago! I buy a nice shampoo and conditioner all the time but that's about it really. I have a friend cut my hair for me so I don't even get pampered then. But I am intending to indulge once I've got a new job 'cause my hair needs a trim and I suppose I should get my nails done again in time for being a bridesmaid. But post-brodesmaid I'm not sure if I'll be keeping it up.
