An early bird or a late one. Do you have trouble waking up in the morning?

Hi. turquoise_ice. I am an early bird. I always wake up early in the mornings. I don't like waking up when I am very tired. I still do get up if I have to though.

I'm more of a night person. Wish I could sleep late everyday to get things done but I sleep rather early coz I have to wake up early the next morning to go to work. If I have loads of things to do, I'd like to get started early so I'll be up in the morning, although i'm not much of a morning person.

Only those persons face trouble, which do not complete their asleep. The people sleep early at night use to get up early in the morning. Late sleeping people feel difficult and un easy to get up in the morning. I more than early bird. I get up at about 4:00 am. I boot my computer and start to work on it. I usually use to listen the voice of birds after few hours late, about 6: 00 am. I have no trouble to waking up in the morning. This all is due to going to my bed at about 9:00 pm.

I do have trouble getting up in the morning,But thats because I work full time and I I have a baby. But I can't stand being late somewhere. It makes me very frustrated and I'm sure the person that is waiting on me. Being late can throw your whole day off.

I want to wake up late but I can't do that. Every morning I should get up early to make breakfast, then wake my daughter up, help her dress up and washing, have breakfast in a hurry then drive her to the kindgarten. Every morning is in rush.

I am an early bird and like to get up at 7 in the morning. When my baby was I liked getting up at 5 in the morning. If I have a lay in I don't sleep past 9 in the morning. If I am being lazy I get up at 8 in the morning. I like to go to bed at 10 or 11 in the evening or 9 if I am very tired. In the morning my mind is fresh. In the afternoon I still feel quite good but in the evening I get tired. I get a bit sleepy from 8 in the evening onwards. If I feel stressed I find it difficult to sleep but I don't have trouble waking up in the morning. I am keen on traveling and can tell myself to sleep at 4 in the afternoon and then wake up at midnight to get a flight at 2 in the morning. This is helpful as it helps me avoid jet lag.

I think I'm the worm that always gets taken by my nephew who wakes up very early to cry which gets me up in the morning to look at him and see what he needs like milk or just needs to be carried for a while... And to think that I would stay up late before the ordeal... ^_^;

I'm a night owl. I stay up until at least 2 every night. But I am up bright and early every morning getting my kids ready for school. I do get to go back to bed for about 3 hours before my baby wakes up so I go to bed late, get up early, then get my nap in all before noon :) I wonder what kind of bird that really makes me.

Morning? lol. It all depends on what I have to do in the day. If routine dictates I need to get up early after a week or so I have no problem but if I am left without routine then I tend to fall into the habit of going to bed late and waking up in the afternoon.

It really depends on what time I got to sleep or whether it is the weekdays or weekends. Usually I stay up late regardless, but during the weekdays I attempt to sleep earlier than usual. . .which is pretty late for most people but that's because I procrastinate a lot. .lol. I have a lot of trouble waking up in the morning unless I feel motivated enough to wake up early for something I really like, like going to some sort of anime convention. .but other than that. .no. ^^

I'm a night owl, most definitely. I do my best work around midnight or so. I hate having to do anything really important before about three in the afternoon. And yes, I do have a terrible time waking up in the morning. If I wake up in the afternoon, though, I usually have no trouble at all. I think it all depends on whether I got enough sleep or not. Which one are you?

I am definatly a night owl and a late riser. I have trouble getting to sleep and often do not sleep until after three o'clock in the morning. you would think that with my sleeping problems I would not have trouble waking up in the morning. This, however, is not the case. today my baby blues did not even open until three fifty in the after noon. I really do not understand how come I can sleep so much. I can sleep on average about thirteen hours a night, easily. I know this is not healthy for my heart but if my body can sleep that long without waking up it must need the rest right? Perhaps it because I am stressed the majority of the time?
