Fast talkers ?

how do you keep up in conversation with them? i remember i had a friend that talked soo much that i was down to the 1 Liner anwsers like " Yeah " ..."Uh Huh Sure"
" Really.." like that you know, how can someone be in conversation like that , or worse be in a relationship hearing them talk so fast everyday ..do you guys go thru this?

There is nothing wrong with fast talkers. I used to speak pretty fast myself.:P
If your friend is saying something you are interested in hearing, or he is elaborating, the fast pace should bother you if you are still able to follow.
Otherwise, just ask him to slow down or stop. Or, asking questions to change the topic.
