I need help getting my blog added to myLot.

I have tried five times to add my blog to the myLot blogs to no avail. I have put in the correct information. I've tried claiming it via post AND through the html code. Each time, I try, the status says "Pending - Claim Failed." Can someone PLEASE tell me what I'm doing wrong?? I'd really like to add this blog, and my others, (which, by the way, won't go through either).
