With the new changes to Ebay, if you have under 100 feedback and a buyer pays by Pay Pal they hold the money for 21 days before they pay you,So in afect you"re having to send the item before you get the money.I donn"t know if this is true or not.Anyone know ?

This is the first that I heard about this. I shop in ebay and use paypal and as a buyer who pays through paypal, i do feel that it is to my advantage to make sure that i get what i paid for. In short, I am sooo okey with it.

I don't know how this works but I was under the impression that the seller will have to send the item since the buyer has paid through paypal already without waiting for 21 days. This is happening maybe because there are actually a lot of buyers out there who are not getting their items after they have paid for it. Since the money is with paypal already, the seller is sure to get her/his money though its a lot later but the buyer is still not sure to receive her/his item in good working condition if ever. I think this move is to protect the buyers more. So i consider it good since delays in the collection of payment is just what would the seller incur.

Fair is fair. I don't like paying up front and running the risk of not being sent my goods. This way, everyone is protected. I like this way of doing things...so long as the money is only given to the seller when the goods are received.

I hope this is a rumor. If this is true, it will just drive sellers from using Ebay and Paypal. It only takes a couple of days for a transaction to go through so adding more days is ridiculous.

this better be a rumor because if it is not then i will pull my paypal account and find another way for people to pay me for items that they buy. i will not and cannot wait almost a month to get the money for something that i sold it is not right at all

Given the shaky ground ebay is on, I can't see them risking anything like this.

if this is true, wow, that's insane. I just signed up for ebay, and have only 6 feedbacks from buying. Im planning to sell stuff soon. Can anyone provide link for this news?

This has not been my experience. The money goes into my Paypal account, I transfer it or spend it without any problems. Where did you hear this story?
