It Has Been Almost Seven Years Since 9/11

My husband and I were talking about this country and how we worry about our enemies. After 9/11 we all had the attitude of "in your face" to those who attacked us. We as a country vowed to rebuild the twin towers. We were going to build them bigger, better, taller. Sort of a "take that" type of thing. The Federal Building in Oklahoma City rebuilt and made a memorial there. We have not gotten any where with rebuilding the towers where so many died. Why? What is the holdup? Wiil they ever be rebuilt and will they be build on the original site?
