hey then you should read the book and then you can fix your problem . i know its not good for you but it will solve problem.

ASSUMING THE ENGINE IS SOHC THERE SHOULD BE A TIMING DOT ON THE CAM GEAR. TAKE TIMING BELT LOOSE, TURN ENGINE OVER BY HAND UNTIL NUMBER 1 PISTON IS ON TDC. TURN CAMGEAR UNTIL TIMING DOT IS AT 6:00 POSITION. CHECK ROTOR BUTTON UNDER DIST. CAP TO MAKE SURE IT IS IN LINE WITH NUM. 1 PLUG WIRE. IF EVERY THING IS IN PLACE , PUT TIMING BELT BACK ON AND CAR SHOULD BE IN TIME.
