Do you have an views on the meaning of life? Why do you think God put us here? Do you believe in God at all? Share your opinion with me. I think no one will find out what the meaning of life is until we die, because I think if we knew the answer why we were still living we would die. Thats how powerful I think the answer to the meaning of life is.

I do believe in God with all my heart and I know that every single person was created to have a purpose in life. Do I know the meaning of life? Probably not, but for me it is my family. I was born to be a mother and a wife. I was also, i believe, supposed to work with young teenage girls whether pregnant or homeless. I also believe i was put on this earth to sing for the Lord. But, that is how i feel i'm supposed to be doing for the Lord. As far as the meaning of life, everyone's is gonna be different. No one really knows the meaning of life, except that God put us here to do His will and then we will go home to be with Him when we've finished our work. thanks for posting and God bless

as a buddhist i dont believe in god. i believe there are two meanings of life, one described by science and the other one described by buddhism. now this is going to sound shallow and i think many people would disagree with me on this, but science (especially in the field of psychology) says that, ultimately, the meaning of life is to reproduce. simple and easy. we have evolved from a simple creature to a complex creature that is human. every single thing that men do is to attract females, and everything that females do is to tell the man that they're ready to reproduce, consciously or subconsciously. now the buddhism meaning of life is really, really simple, to be completely free of suffering. that sounds easy but in reality its harder than the previous meaning of life. in order for one to be free of suffering means that one has to let go of all desire, which is really hard. because ultimately, if you think about it, desire can bring happiness, but only momentarily, and ultimately would lead to suffering because desire is like drinking sea water, the more you drink it the more you want it, and you're not going to be satisfied until you die.
