In some countries (Like Germany) it is legal. In the United States, it is legal in the state of Nevada. I myself wouldn't not use a professional but to each their own I say. I have no problem with it being legal at all.

I agree that it should be made legal. Mostly I feel this way so that it can be regulated and protected. Just because it's not legal doesn't mean it doesn't happen. But if it were legal, I believe it would be a lot safer for everyone involved.
