Mom tricked me!

Petie here,
Gissi, pyewacket, Buster and all of my friends you will not believe what mom did to me. She told me I was going to see my new groomer and she took me there but they gave me two shoots and had the vet look at me at the same time.
Mom left me with Christa the new groomer, I love her she got rid of all of my fleas (Abagail brought home).
She shaved my tummy and cleaned out my ears so now I can hear once again.
Then the nurse came in and gave me kisses boy she tricked me. She took me to see the vet and he looked me over and then the nurse gave me two shoots. I was so upset I would not even look at her. She then put me back in my kennel till mom came. The shoots made me so sick. I did not feel well last night. I felt so bad I could not even hold my tail up. Mom took me home and I laid in my bed and watched mom and her friends cook dinner I did not have the energy to go into the kitchen to look for dropped food. After mom ate dinner her friends and her watched a movie and mom held me on her lap. I did not even try to get off mom's lap. I usually do not sit on mom's lap much.
I am feeling so much better today. I will tell you guys be weary if your moms and dads tell you that you are going to go to the groomers. Make sure it is just the groomers and that they do not give your shots.

Aww! I'm sorry the vet was such a traumatic experience! And I'm really sorry that the shots made you sick! I'm glad you're feeling better!

How horrible. This is Rio and I've snuck into mom's space and just read this. The time mom took me to the groomer, she was only a groomer, but mom took me to the vet to get the shots FIRST!
Funny thing, the groomer was being called by mom's name too. Do they give human's same names? We have no same names here.

I guess that's odd. But the 2 brothers here only have a different letter in their names. That'd be Ping and Pong, and they are both orange, but Ping's little and Pong's big. Mom has a collar on Ping to make it easier to tell him apart from Pong.

I am glad you only went to the groomers I usually only see the groomer and the other people who work in the office come and give me kisses. This time I got tricked.
You will not believe what is wierd. Mom's name is only one letter off then her sister's. Mom and her sister was born on the same day just like puppies.
Mom name and her sister's name is spelled the same except mom has a NN and her sister has an MM in it. How crazy is that?

I have told Abagail of for giving you those Fleas again that is so naughty of her
I am glad that you are feeling better my dear Friend my Paw is still hurting at times and Mum said if it is not better by next week I have to go back again so I am hoping that it will be better

Thanks Gissi, I am fine guess what mom gave me today. I bet you will cannot guess! Come on guess!
Mom brought me a bone. Yes a real beef bone. She gave it to me outside and I then took it and burried it. I will find it later when it is good and seasoned. YUM
I have to bury it so Abagail will not eat it.

I do check it every day. After I burried it I came in all full of leaves and dirt mom had to brushed me off before letting me walk in on the carpet.
I hid it so Abagail could never find it. She does not like to go in the leaves and dirt. She is interested in going to find the neighbors to find food. What a fat girl she has become.

Hi Petie!
It's me Pyewacket your black cat friend..my cousin Kissy is snoozing on the sofa...boy that gal can sleep, and my mom is in the kitchen washing the dinner dishes.
awww..that was wicked of your mom to do that...and then to get those shots...what were they for and why did they make you feel sick? Aren't shots or medications supposed to make you better? I can relate to that though...I was sick for awhile back in early December..I had this horrible abscess, and boy it stank too...well, my mom is good with these herbal cures and did a hot compress of a sage solution..and she was giving me antibiotics...yuck did that ever taste horrible, but it did make me better...now she watches me like a hawk as on and off I had been having breathing problems..don't ask all the stuff she do to help me breathe..from heating up water and putting some kind of smelly stuff in it but did open up my breathing a bit, to jamming one of her garlic pills into my mouth, and Petromalt...so far I've been okay, but she still watches to see if I get anymore breathing attacks. She even gives me a few drops of vinegar in water..hey, I'll take shots any day to avoid THAT!
Oops, mom is coming back so gotta go, and be a good boy now and don't sulk or pout--your mom was just helping you like my mom was helping me

The shots where for parvo, kennel cough, and something else. I had to have them because all is ramp in the area and mom wants to keep me safe.
I feel even better now then I did this morning.

I hate shots too. And believe it or not, your mommy does not like to make you get them but she had to so you don't REALLY sick. I hope you are feeling better. By the way Petie, you are way too cute. Look at the bright side, you should itch less now that the fleas are gone. Little sibling are always annoying but we love them in spite of it.

I know the fleas are gone. The problem with little siblings is she is bigger than me. I weigh 6 pounds and she is 17 pounds. I still have to make her believe I am the boss of her.

I do not think I will get much bigger because I am 6 years old. I am through growing mom says I am 42 in doggie years.
