Best sites For Free ROM downloads

Can any of you give me sites that let us download GBA roms for free? I used to use ROmulation.com,but am not sure if it is legal. And also, anyone is free to suggest interesting adventure games that are worth my time.

The vast majority of ROM downloads are illegal, you cant download a ROM and store it on your computer or a disk or anything else unless you own the original game or unless it has been released into the public domain.

I'm not really sure that downloading ROMs for anything are legal. Why did you stop using Romulation?
