I need help helping my best friend

My best friend is going to school to be a paramedic. She's got a paper to write that has to be about any EMT patient lawsuit that is finished and can be from anywhere in the United States.
I thought if any of my friends in mylot land remembers hearing about a past EMT patient lawsuit and could let me know too that be great. I'm searching now for some now as she is (well when she has the time as she's raising 3 kids and has homework - which is why she asked me to help).
Well both appreciate any help you can give us:)
And I thought it would be fun to talk about the lawsuits you guys come up with too.

I guess you've probably already found one, but I was thinking about something... does she have access through school to search old newspaper databases? Often you can search online through several at once as long as you have access through a school. The average person can't do this, but students can.

Yeah she ended up finding it but I'm not sure where. She could have searched through the schools accesses...will have to ask her :)
