Can I get her again?

I realized my ture love when she leaved me for another city. I still remember it was a rainy day, she asked me if I let her stay here she wouldnt leave away. But my answer hurted her feeling. I was too young too infantile at that time, and there is no use to regret it. I know she has a boyfriend and they are in deep love with each other. What I can do now? Thank you!

Yeah for me there is not impossible getting her back as long as you know what she wants and say your apologies and tell her how much you mean to her ..go for it..believe in yourself
