Cure for Snoring

Yea there are two ways of curing it Number Uno: Close the nose and mouth of the snorer so that he doesnt snore again..Of course..the snorer doesnt complain either. Number Two: The snoring usually results when the nose gets stuffed up,So I would suggest have a nice steam bath.so that the ENT (Ear,Nose and throat are cleared;to an extent) and this should work. All the best ...Try the second method..First one is for academic interest only.

Depends on the cause of the snoring. There are nasal strips you can buy which keep the pathways open, they work rather well. Of course if the snoring is caused by sleep apnea then a CPAP machine can be used. There are also a variety of nasal sprays that can be used if the cause is a stuffed up nose.

I'm going to be funny and say YES YES there is a cure!! PILLOW OVER THE FACE! *smiles* i'm kidding. I'm not sure.. i dont snore and i dont sleep with my hubby, he's on midnights and sleeps in the daytime while i'm out of the house so idont have to listen thank god!

they say snoring has no cure in my dialet. i snore so much and my wife do cover my mouth atimes and after a short period of time i resume again by changing the tempo. i can bath with steam water because of our climatic condition. what do we do to avert snoring? any medical solution?
