Am I the only one that hates waiting for mail?

I hate waiting for something that I ordered, especially if I really would love to get my hands on it. I ordered something Sunday from a seller on Etsy and I hate waiting for it. She couldn't ship Monday because of the holiday here in the States, so she was supposed to ship it yesterday, but I'm not sure if she did yet. I just hate the waiting. So, tell me, am I really the only one that hates waiting on packages? I can't be the only one! I just can't!

I know exactly what you mean because I have ordered packages before and it would seem like it takes forever to get to you...i really hate having to wait..i read one persons discussion that said that she ordered something one day from I think ebay or somewhere on that maybe overstock..but anyways she said that she ordered it one day and got her package the very next day...i dont know what kind of postal service she has but I apparently need hers lol because my postal service is nothing like that at all!

I am always checking the mail, wondering when my package or check is going to get here. It's such an anxious feeling. Right now I am waiting on an ink cartridge for my printer. Usually I have a back up cartridge, but had 2 of the color and no black by mistake. So it's really making me anxious.

I'm the same way! Right now I'm still waiting for 2 ebay purchases. I bought 3 items from the same seller within a span of 3 days and I got the first package yesterday...by regular mail which wasn't delivered until 5:30 because our mail lady doesn't like coming up here. Anyway, I am so anxious for the other 2 items to arrive, especially since it was one of those fun mystery auctions so I'm not entirely sure what I'm getting. One was a box of new children's items which I'm donating to my son's preschool for their auction to raise money for a playground. I'm not AS anxious for that just because it isn't stuff for me but I am excited to get it so I can take it into the school. They other item was a mystery envelope with a Walmart gift card for an undisclosed amount (seller stated it would be between "$X.XX and $XXX.XX") I only paid 2 dollars total for it and I am so hoping it's in the $XXX.XX range, I'll be able to buy some things I need without having to make the decision between "do I replace my leaky, falling apart only pair of shoes or do I buy the parts I need to get my wrecked car driveable again?" Wow, I obviously have not talked to another adult in a little too long...I keep going off on tangents with every post I make today. It's so hard to be in a chatty mood when all the adults are at work, the teenager is in bed sick, the baby is napping, the 2 year old is too busy to talk to Mommy and the 5 year old is at school. *sigh* And people wonder why moms mumble to themselves while grocery shopping...

I just realized that probably sounded kind of bad. Not that I have to justify my spending but the 3 ebay purchases were all under 5 dollars and were made before I wrecked the car when I thought I finally had a little extra money to play with...but a lot can change in week...

Me too, I think the wait for something is agonising, and if it does not arrive on the day it is supposed to I get very het up!! Or even worse is when you miss it, which in my case happens quite often and usually by only about 5 minutes. So no you are definately not the only one.

You're definitely not the only one, and it is funny that I should just read this e-mail notification. I just ordered a couple things online, and yes they are already out in stores. The only thing is that I'd have to go to two different stores around here to get both for a good price, so I thought, OK, I'll order them online because I'll get free shipping to boot. OK, I order them today and just get an e-mail telling me they will ship them March 7th. Say what? They have them in stock now and it is going to take them that long to send it? I am so looking forward to getting them that it was kind of a bummer.

I don’t think you're the only one, am sure that most people hates to wait for a package in the mail to arrive, especially if they're anticipating it. whenever I know that I'll be getting something in the mail, I definitely cant wait to receive it!

I am one of those who are not really patient when it comes to this area. I hate waiting for something that should have arrived on time but did not. I hate waiting for mails or packages especially if the need for these mails and packages are really urgent. Besides, it could get into some of my activities. I mean, instead of being able to work on some things or instead of being able to go somewhere important, I end up postponing things just because I need to wait for these mails or packages to be delivered.

I'm impatient too. I ordered two books though Amazon.com and I know they don't ship all that quickly, but one of them came in several days ago and I still haven't received the second one. They're both tutorials so I'd like to get them both and see which I like best before I delve into it, so yea, I'm a bit impatient about this one.
