I'm looking for a Free phone service, that allows me to have a local number something like privatephone.com it closed yesterday (Feb 19, 2008)
If anyone knows of a good phone service, and I will sign up under you or give you $1.00 in your paypal account (you must be m friend first)

You can find a couple different services on my website(in my profile) under the "tips" section that are all free to join. Sometimes you have to be lucky to get a local phone number, I know one of them only has one area code available but the others should have more choices. I hope you find one that works for you. None of the links for the free phone numbers are referral links since I don't think they have a referral program.
