Winter hits us again!!

Seems like for the last 4 years we didn't get alot of winter weather. Very mild each year. Year before last, we didn't even need winter coats. The weather man says we are in for storm #4. Ice, sleet, rain, covered he said by at least 2 inches of snow. Wonder if there will be school Friday?

We haven't had a proper snowy winter in the Southern UK for over 20 years. I envy some US states for their snow, Vermont, Colorado for example. Here we just get cold grey days. This year, I have noticed that despite draught proofing the house, my feet are permanently freezing and as a result I cannot wait for Spring and some double figure (centigrade) temperatures.

I know what you mean. I wear trail socks until the middle of spring here to keep my feet warm. Those are socks you generally wear for out door camp outs.

Ahh you’re so lucky! We don’t get snow or winter here T_T ..i got to experience winter when I was studying in the UK. I miss the winter season! Many people here think that I’m strange because I miss winter. Lol. Our country is warm all year round, that’s why I miss the winter season so much! ;)
