What is your favorite food? What food could absolutely eat every day?

I think everything would get tiring if you had it everyday. But the closest I can come to an answer on this one is pizza. With pizza, you can really mix it up. Have it plain, have it dessert style, you can make it like a taco or have seafood on it. So I think I could eat it once every day as long as it wasn't the same kind! And as long as it wasn't from the same place. How about you?

I'm into Middle Eastern snacks lately, specifically Shawarma. It's a sandwich that can be prepared either using beef, goat, lamb and even chicken or other poultry products. It's consists of cucumber, tomatoes, onions, skewered meat, lettuce and other stuffs you wish to add. It's put inside a pita bread, then rolled and eaten right on the spot!;)

I love chicken. I love it roasted and stuffed with different flavourings like soy, lemon, garlic. I love it fried especially KFC but I shouldn't have it that way, lol. It's great in fried rice, and also in salads...can't beat a chicken caesar salad. Chicken in Chinese or Thai dishes is great...especially if it's spicy. I have a fabulous Italian dish that has a tomato sauce base and includes chilli and olives...awesome. I love it bbqed or grilled, casseroled or cold. My favourite dish is satay chicken.

Yes, it is and it's easy to cook, the other main ingredients are chilli and coconut milk. Use a chicken thigh filet for each person and chop them. Fine chop an onion and 4-6 mushrooms (if you like them, they go very well in this dish). Brown the chicken and onion in some oil, add the mushies, toss all till everything is coated with oil, let it cook in the pan while you put some water on to boil to cook the rice. To the chicken add a big dollop of crunchy peanut butter...smooth is ok too, use more or less to taste. Add a shake of ginger, some cinnamon and a little nutmeg. Add some cayenne pepper for extra heat. Keep mixing all this in. Add a heaped tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce and a desertspoon of chilli paste....again, more or less to taste. If you can get some green mango powder, add some ...it's like a secret ingredient and I haven't been able to buy any for years. I use green mango chutney instead but if I can't afford this I just use regular fruit chutney...it's the fruity flavour I'm after. It should all be pretty sticky by now so add a cup of coconut milk...more or less as required. Add a little at fist, blend and see if it all thickens, keep adding the coconut milk till you get a thin gravy consisitency. Just before serving, throw some chopped red and green (or one or the other) capsicum on the top. Serve with long grain rice.

Yummm, I like chicken too. Is satay the peanut based dish? I like that very much. Chicken is very versatile and it is probably my favorite meat. B

Chocolate, it has so many forms. There's cookies, brownies, bars, cake, pie (my favorite), milk, ice cream and so on.

I didn't even think of chocolate, and I love it too. Especially chocolate cream pie! But if I ate it everyday I'd be as big as the house! I guess pizza isn't the healthiest either... And dark chocolate is GOOD for you. I probably do have a piece of chocolate or sometimes more a day. B

I could eat white, buttery toast everyday and NEVER get sick of it. However, I never ever eat it anymore because of food intolerances. *sniff* Other things that I would never get sick of would be my mum's lasagne, her potato salad, my great aunty's chicken casserole and my grandma's meatloaf.

Hi allie, That makes me miss my grama's potato salad. :( She put way too much mayo in it to be healthy, but it sure tasted good, like out of this world! You are allergic to dairy then? That would not be fun. And I love anyone's lasagne. :) B

I like rice, because you can change its flavor with sauces. And I agree it would be boring, it was more of a "if you had to" question. Or a "what if" question. B

I could live on pizza alone...and yes, for every day for the rest of my life. In a perfect world, I'd own my own pizzaria and be able to have it 24/7. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I could see myself eating pizza every day for about a week and then I would get sick of it. I go through spurts where I will eat yogurt for weeks at at time and then one day all the sudden I don't want to eat it for like a month or two. I think it would be like that with anything. I don't think I could eat the same thing everyday for more than a week maybe two tops before getting tired of it.

I'm sure I would get tired of it too, that's probably why we have so many things to choose from. It's just the one thing that would probably take the longest to get sick of. Especially if I was in Italy again eating it! :) B
