just for today,
... smile at a stranger
... listen to someone's heart
... drop a coin where a child can find it
... learn something new, then teach it to someone
... tell someone you're thinking of them
... hug a loved one
... don't hold a grudge
... don't be afraid to say "I'm sorry"
... look a child in the eye and tell them how great they are
... look beyond the face of a person into their heart
... make a promise, and keep it
... call someone, for no other reason than to just say "hi"
... show kindness to an animal
... stand up for what you believe in
... smell the rain, feel the breeze, listen to the wind
... use all your senses to their fullest
... cherish all of your TODAYS

Thank you. It is the little things that are really important. You get more joy out of those things. Sometimes we miss the things that are right in front of us, and so easily attainable.

Yes its true we make life so complicated and its very simple and very basic but because we make life complex we forget to do the basic things.

these are the kind of words we all need to hear! instead of complaining and being so selfish that the world around them is so unfair where people are not treating them right. with your permission , i want to copy/paste this very simple reminder and print it and post it in my room so anyone who comes in would be reminded of it.good one! let us post a lot of these reminders because we are all caught up in this world that everyone feels that they have the right to step down on anyone that did not meet their personal standards. being understanding, respectful and kind to ourselves and to others , as well.

Thats a good positive reaction that I get from posting this one and I am really pleased to see that thee are still people who appreciate simple acts of kindness and simple acts of love. THese are the things that money cant buy.
