How can you prevent weight gain?

I think that fresh fruits and vegetables are good for controlling weight. Also, it' a good idea to try to avoid those high calorie foods like candy and chips that are so tempting to just sit and eat the whole bag after supper while watching TV.
What do you do to stay fit?

I drink lots of water, exercise every day and stop my self from getting junk food in my pantry, so I'm not tempted to be a couch potato, lol.

I think drinking water on a regular basis is a good idea. This may clean your system out a bit of some of the junk and help you lose weight besides.
