Are you germ phobic?

Since it is still winter, and because I work with young children, I've seen quite my share of colds, sniffles and coughs. My roommates have all been sick this year, but luckily I haven't gotten ahold of anything, yet. My roommate is currently sick with pink-eye now, and that is something I really do not want to get. I've gone around our apartment wiping everything down with a natural mixture of water and a few drops of tea tree oil so I can help kill the spread of anything that may be lingering on the places we seem to touch the most. Whenever anyone gets sick, I try to do damage control quickly because we got to a large school and I don't feel like contiously spreading things around. I want to stop it as soon as possible. There is nothing worse, in my opinion than having everyone you live with get sick once, and then to pass it around all over again. I want to stop it before it can get to everyone. I also make it a point to go through and wipe things down more often when people are sick, just in case. So, how about you? Are you germ phobic? Do you know someone that is? What do you do to help stop the spread of germs?

I'm not quite germ phobic, but I'm careful. If I'm sick I don't want to give it to either my elderly mother or my client with COPD and other medical problems. I do wash my hands, a lot, but I don't think I' mone of those people with a real phobia. I do it before fixing food, after the bathroom, when I've handled raw foods, etc.

I personally am a mild germ a phobe. I do not touch anything else right after someone else has touched it, unless I sanitize first. I do not like to touch anyone, like shake hands. I live with a male and I do clean the bathroom at best two times a day. He works and showers before and after work. I do not want any type of foot stuff, so clean shower allot.
