Ipod Freezes!!!

I need help. sometimes when I try and play my Ipod, the first song freezes. I then have to wait for the battery to die and recharge it. I will then reconnect it and it works fine. Any suggestions,pleez?

Hi, have you updated the latest software for your iPod through the net? This should be straight forward if you have registered your iPod with Apple. I've been advised by the Apple shop to do this on a regular basis. The freezing problem sounds like you might have to restore the settings, again this can be done through iTunes when you plug in your iPod. Hope this helps.

this happened to me once, i had to reset the ipod. to do this swtch hold on then off and hold the center button and menu together. This should work.

which company of ipod u r using..........second thing.....if u r getting more problem......throw u r ipod and buy a new one which the company of apple

It is an Apple.
