Do people around u bother you too much???

Hi all, I am from India. I have seen people here bothering too much into others business. Be it friends, acquaintances or colleagues. They are always ready to advice you. Why dont people mind their own business? I am tired of this ill-mannerism. Its become so difficult for me to take decisions. Suppose I have some plans about my future, and if i discuss with my friends, they are always ready with loads of advice. Is this a common thing that happens all over the world? How can we stop their mouth? I want some smart ways to get rid of this problem. I cant simply shout at them, and spoil our friendship... At the same time, i cannot make each person understand that, poking their nose to others personal stuff is not a good act. Please help.
