Keep yourself healthy

Everyone of us wishes to keep ourselfs fit and healthy. If we can keep us real healthy then restriction on food, restriction of journey, restriction on work move out from our life. So, it is very important to keep us fit and healthy. To do this at least 1 hour time must be given for Yoga Exercise. The morning hour is best time. Say from 5.00 - 6.00, or 6.00 to 7.00. Do not go beyond 7.00. After that your daily works start. Now a days Yoga can be learnt watching TV.

Yes. I absolutely agree. What Yoga does is makes your internal organs heal by themselves with the immense energy that is stored in us. We just have to channelise the inner power to work wonder for us. to channelise we would have to concentrate and make those dormant energy active. but practising Yoga the wrong is also harmful so please consult quality instructers while going in for yoga lessons.
