to any one who read this, do you think handling workers can actually stress you out, or can cause more troubles to your self? if not, how come I still strugling with it?

Hi there Omar!
I must say that I am really stressed out with our workers. I think I would prefer having workers only, if they are honest and they care for the business almost as well as the owners do.
