I believe every state should have the Good Samaritian Rule. Which imposes a legal duty to render or summon help for anyone that is in danger. I think this will teach people to be more caring and concerned about others. To me this is the right thing to do. Of course people should use wisdom. If you can't overtake the person who is doing harm to someone, or your scared. Then you can just call for help. Instead of doing nothing. What do you think?
