There are lots of good songs from Metallica. I 'll stay with the "One", "Whenever I May Roam" and the "Unforgiven".

Hey! I never say anything much, but I GOTTA tell ya that I am a baby boomer who loves, loves, loves Metallica!LOL!! They rocked back in the day and even though I own other, newer versions of their works,I always get into the "Nothing Else Matters" the very most. I love it and I could listen to it all day long! Enter Sandman is second on my list, and the old song they do with the orchestra...I have that one but never hear it much...Come on, a true Metallica lover KNOWS that anything they put out is gonna be so heavy/cool/awesome! Well it would be a toss up between Master of Puppets and Nothing Else Matters, depending on my mood. And with my mood at the moment I'd have to go with Master of Puppets

Its a real hard one, the songs that i feel are very good are Welcome home(sanitarium), one, whiscey in a jar, nothing else matters, Enter sandman, sad but true, the memory remains and king nothing. I feel it has to be Enter sandman.

My favorite Metallica song would have to be Master Of Puppets. Amazing solo, overall a great song.

I'm having a hard time with this question because I'm quite a big fan of Metallica. I have been into their music since 1986 or 1987. Wow that's a long time lol. They are not in any particular order. -Enter Sandman -Fade to Black -Hero of the Day -Last Caress/Green Hell -Mama Said -Master of Puppets -Nothing else matters -One -Sad But true -Stone cold crazy -The memory remains -Turn the page -The unforgiven -Until it sleeps -Welcome home Sanitarium -Whereever I may roam -Whiskey in the Jar Sorry for the long list but I can't decide which one I like the best so I think they are all my favorite. :)
