Whats wrong with my internet?

i cant download anything because when it downloads, it stops after just a little bit. I also cannot listen to music, or watch any videos online. can anyone help me out?

I think you are having an unstable connection... Are you using cable or dsl? When did you encounter this problem? Have it happened before? Have you checked with your service provider about this problem?

it started happening around the time i got a belkin router, but its directly connected right now so i ruled that out. I have a cable connection, and i havent checked with my service provider yet.
