Such a touching Story in a messed up World. Stranger donates kidney to child

There was an 8 year old little girl on a pamphlet. The little girl was in dire need of a kidney transplant. A woman knew she could help as she read the details. she did a quick web search on the surgery and talked it over with her husband. She than made a phone call to offer one of her kidneys to this little girl. The pair both under went successful surgeries. Both patients are doing well. And the outcome for this little girl now looks promising. Doctors are saying that her body is taking well to her new kidney. Such a happy story instead of what we usually read about. So my question to all you, would you donate to a perfect stranger?
