We are into Episode #3 - and WAY into the bickering and arguing and way OUT of the team effort. If they'd spend as much time combining their talents and abilities to make their tribe strong as they do bickering and arguing about who to vote off, the whole show would be SO MUCH better! Read my weekly review of Survivor: Micronesia (link is in my profile - under Squido :ensMaster) I am not really having much fun with the show at the moment! But Jeff is still a looker!!!

I find it very interesting that the fans are bickering as much as they are. You would think that since they're such true Survivor fans they would know that tribes who bicker and divide do not do as well in the end. I guess it's easier to be a Survivor Friday morning quarterback than actually getting out there and doing what you said the players should have done when you were comfy and warm and dry, watching and calling the plays from home.

You got that right! The Favs just think they know it all as they played before and the Fans think they have the upper hand as they saw how the favs played before - both teams just barking up the wrong trees! Ain't no coconuts up those bickerin' trees!

i've been an avid survivor watcher since my friend asked me if i had watched "that show that was on last night-survivor"-the very first episode. i think however that the show has become more about who can back-stab everyone else the most, instead of about actually surviving. but i guess that just means it's switched from a physical survive-the-elements type game to a mental survive socially game. which is ok, but it would be nice if for once there was someone on there who actually knew how to survive in the jungle-and as far as yau is concerned, i am so glad he is gone. i couldn't stand him the first time he was on-he just annoyed me so much!

Yeah, I know what you are saying. I miss seeing how they do things in that situations. I mean, watching them fish with next to nothing to use, and cooking with hardly anything, what they eat, how they get it. how they build the shelters etc. Even what they do in their "down time". How to live out there with nothing! That was what made the show enjoyable to me. I got to where I like the challenges - those are amazing as they have to be made to accomodate EVERY kind of person as they dont' know who will be there doing them. They are pretty ingenious works of art! I usually don't have a favorite. I can't keep them all straight! It is about the last 8 before I "like" any of them!

yeah-you would think after this many seasons that before people go on the show they would at least learn some basic survival techniques, like starting a fire -even how to use a flint, or fishing or shelter making or something...i mean, it's not like these people don't have a clue what they are getting into...

I have to say that the fans are absolutely clueless and are voting off the wrong people. They have no chance of winning challenges anymore because of voting off people that can do the physical challenges as well as the mental part. They need to get rid of Chet and Kathy since they do not do much. I could not believe that Yauman got voted off as well last week. I hope that Ozzy ends up winning and does not tell anyone that he has the idol.

Ozzy displayed a lot of "out wit" this episode! That was fun to watch. I write an article, complete with Utube videos about Survivor if you'd like to see what I have to say about it! Its in my profile under Squido - Survivor. This was the first episode I have enjoyed since it started! I just wish the cameras filmed something beside the bickering and arguing .... don't they do anything else all day long?

I started watching in the middle of the first season, and every one since, but I haven't enjoyed them much because of the constant bickering and arguing either! It wasn't so bad up until couple seasons ago then it just over took the show. But Jeff is a relief to see and I like watching the challenges ... amazing how well they can create a challenge and have it accomodate literally every kind of person and make them in the way of the land they are in.

I can NOT believe they got rid of Yau!!!!! I LOVED him! I must say they do not really focus much on the "fans" especially not, say, Natalie. I do not think she ahs even been mentioned in the show at all. I like most of the favourites. I can not stand Eliza and actually do not remember her being in the show at all before. I don't think survivor can ever get old for me. For me it is always different and always changing. I know the concept is the same but the characters and the cahllenges are not. Plus, come on, who can not love Jeff! ♥

I'd say the show would end if they replaced Jeff! HE just ties it all together and is "survivor". I like watching it, just can't stand the bickering! Good grief, it gets worse every show! I don't see either team "playing" the game - just bickering amongst themselves. I don't see them creating shelter or getting food or anything other than bickering. I enjoyed watching how they did these things, you know figured out the "how to's with nothing". And yeah, YauMen - what was that all about! I think they thought he was to smart mentally, so since he wasn't strong physically as others, might as well get him now. Stupid, i say! They need to pull together and be a team until the merge and neither team is doing that. They all think they know what the other is doing, so they just don't see the obvious right in front of them!
