Yes, I always try to rate based on the reply I'm reading. If it is too out of context I may give a negative rating, although I try not to do it frequently. I always rate; I love those stars :)

someties i rate and sometimes i don't..but it sure is not a regular thing with me. i am sorry but i will give you a plus..as i am aware of this ..but the tab thing is sometimes i do and sometimes i can't see the point..if you have a good point then i am sure we all would like to know..thanks
