Which type of chocolate do you prefer? Milk, melting or white? I like the white with hazelnuts....

I love dark chocolate the best. The darker, the better. I think that dark chocolate has a much richer taste than any of the other types and flavors of chocolate.

It is true! Today they are of dark chocolate to 90% of cacao... is very very bitter!

I love dark/semisweet/bittersweet chocolate. It's not overly sweet and is healthier too. I love nuts with chocolate... hazelnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, peanuts...yummy

Lately I've been liking DOVE brand milk chocolate (those chocolate hearts, you know, from Valentine's Day). Most of the time I prefer dark chocolate, though; I like the bitterness.

I have always preferred milk chocolate, but the more I make toffee with dark chocolate for my customers the more I am growing to appreciate it. I of course have to sample every batch right?

I love dark chocolate. It's not too sweet because there's less added sugars, and it just has a fuller cocoa taste. I've always been a fan, and would take that over any other type. However, Lindt's white chocolate with coconut is awesome. I love that, and would recommend it to anyone. :]

I am a dark chocolate lover. It tastes better to me. Not overpowering. Not too sweet. And unlike alot of other kinds, it has more health benefits. In smaller portions, of course. And I prefer no nuts better. That way you concentrate just on the flavor of the chocolate.

Dark chocolate leaves a pleasant and persistent taste...is very very good especially when the cacao has a percentage not very high
