Sounds like you needed that sleep! The longest I have ever slept without waking was probably about the same - 13 hours. I used to go for a couple of days without sleep when I was younger, and then catch up. I've slept on and off for longer when I've been sick, but I've woken and then gone back to sleep, so it doesn't really count. Now I rarely get more than 6 hours without someone waking me!

I have to work all day long, at a physical job before I can get a good nights sleep! Usually I only need 4 hrs of sleep, and then I get up and go again! I do know that when you sleep, it gives your body a chance to repair itself , whether it be emotionally or physically, so maybe this is a good sign! I know you have been through some rough times missbdoll, but hang in there, time will help you get through, and keep being optimistic because I know for sure that "the sun is shining on the other side of the mountain"!

As I remember the longest time I ever been sleeping was 25 hours. During my university study I was working as stage technician. The company I worked was responsible for all that stuf used on open air performances etc. There were tons of alloy frames, cables, lights, loudspeakers etc. I was building stages, connecting cables, installing devices, etc ... During that summer we had 2 day long event. We started on Friday afternoon (preparation of all that stuff took several hours), so we finished on midnight. On Saturday morning the event started and continued during all day and all night and also on Sunday morning. It finally stipped at 10am. But only for people ... not for us. We immediately started to pack all that stuff (it again took several hours), so about 4 p.m. I finally fell down to my bed. I was totaly exhausted. Be sure I fell asleep almost immediatelly. On my surprise when I woke up it was still sunny day outside. At first I thought that I was sleeping only one hour and because I was very thirsty I went to drink some water to the bathoroom. When I came back to my room and saw the clock on my desk I was shocked with information that I was sleeping for 25 hours. It was crazy experience for me. Next week I spent earned money by buying my first mobile phone ... btw ... that phone is now 7 years old and still working ... :) Have A Nice FuNnY Day !
