A Very Unusual Trio

A dog, a cat, and a rat!!! THAT is intriguing!!! *goes to watch the video* OMG!!! That was so cute!!! There is no way my cats would sit on anything like that let alone a dog! And they'd view that rat as a toy! That video was so sweet! Esp when the cat started cleaning the dog!

I won't watch your video because I am on dial up. But those three would have been taught to get along. Humans are taught the opposite... With expressions like... - It is everyone for itself - It is a world of sharks out there Meaning... be afraid and don't trust anyone. It is actually quite right. You may want to be a good person and be very honest with everyone... but... - honest people come last and are always poor. The world is made of opportunists who will use you at every chance they get. That's the reality. Like your mother did. Sorry for the reference... but that's what it was. I know a guy in Sydney who is head of security for one of the big department stores. He tells me that it is not the thieves that he has to worry about... but the common shoppers... The opportunists who see a chance of stealing something while nobody is watching. Except... they forgot about the security cameras. Thieves know about security cameras. lol

That was very cute....animals are usually pretty well behaved unless they feel threatened in some way. Maybe that tells you something about the workings of the human mind.

That is AWESOME pye!! I loved it!! Wow!! I agree, if they can get along, why can't we?! Gee we're all so different but yet the same. It's what makes our world go around. I've tried recently to end a year old arguement to no avail and had to give up. I don't understand how anybody would want to continue when there's no ending. Makes no sense! Agree to disagree and move on, don't you agree? lol

I have those moments at home, I probably still need one rat to complete the picture....lol My 2 dogs and one cat are sleeping in one daily bed, taking turns, too bad i can post only one picture per discussion.... I have to admire the owner not to loose them running crazy different directions....

I got such a kick out of that video I was talking about it to my son and the phone. And, of course, couldn't find your discussion quickly here so did a search. There are just a ton of videos of this trio - they must be quite famous. I saw the owner? leading the dog on a leash and looked like he had a tin cup in his hand. I hope it was for coffee and he isn't collecting money for the show, which would spoil it a little for me. My son thought it was amazing as well. The animals are so completely as ease with each other...I'm still amazed...whit

We have a dog that gets along with cats like that. They actually sit in a chair and cuddle. It is quite a sight. That was a cute video. I wonder how long it took them to stay on each other like that though.
