loosing weight

Did you loose the weight you gained durning pregnancy? If so how long did it take you and what did you do to loose the weight? I only have a few more weeks left of my pregnancy and i really want to get back into shape especially since i gained more weight inbetween my first and this pregnancy.

Yes you can lose the weight but it may take some work. Every woman is different. I lost all my weight really quick after having my girls but then, I did not put on much. Nursing help to lose the belly fat.

Being pregnant takes 300 calories a day, nursing takes 500! I gained 50 lbs in my 1st pregnancy, and had lost that +10 more when I found out I was pregnant with #2 the week after her 1st birthday. I had 2 babies less than 2 years apart, and I am 10lbs smaller now. I nursed both of them, and ate well. I'm not much for regular exercise, but with 2 toddlers, who has the energy for exercise?

After I had my second child I decided to get back into weight lifting and have done that. LOL!!! and after my 3rd child I changed the way ate .. They both worked very well. but I have a medical condition and it was fighting a losing battle LOL!!!

I did three rhings. Nursing helps a whole lot! It helps to pull your' uteris back to it's original positiion. It also burns calories. 2. I started eating a lot of fruit and veggies. You get tons of vitamins and minerald without the added fat. 3. When I was healed enough, I started taking daily walks with my baby, either in a stroller or a front carrier. I walked atleast 30 minutes a day. I really started looking forward to my walks. If it was too cold out to walk, I would go to the mall and walk. Hope this helps!
